बीयां (Beeyan) a SEED of yoga

An initiave by Sangeeta. The word beeyan is derived from an Awadhi word 'beeya' that means ‘beej’ in Hindi & seed in English. A seed carries within it a new life, and with it, a new possibility. Nurture it and watch it spread its branches, blooming beyond imagination. We sow the seed of yoga...

The teachers at Beeyan are trained at the Isha Yoga Centre, Coimbatore. They have undergone 21 weeks of intense teacher training at the prestigious Isha School of Hatha Yoga, under the guidance of our benevolent yogi & mystic, Sadhguru.
